A Continuous Coaching Model

Atlas Coaching operates as a private, online membership designed to provide continuous guidance, accountability, and support. Rather than one-time programs, the membership offers ongoing coaching that adapts to your goals, lifestyle, and evolving needs.

What Members Receive

Members receive structured fitness guidance, nutrition and meal prep support, and consistent communication to reinforce discipline and follow-through. The focus is on building sustainable habits that support long-term physical progress, not short-term intensity or rigid plans.

Standards & Enrollment

Enrollment is intentionally limited to maintain quality, access, and a high standard of coaching. As a member, you are supported as long as you remain engaged in the process. Atlas Coaching is built for individuals who value consistency, accountability, and progress earned over time.

Jack Reese

Coach

Jack’s journey into fitness began at age 14, training at Gold’s Gym in the early mornings alongside his father before work. Those sessions built more than strength; they instilled discipline, consistency, and a no-excuses mindset that still shapes his approach today.

As a full-time professional himself, Jack specializes in helping busy individuals make wellness a sustainable part of their lives. He focuses on resistance training, hypertrophy, and mobility with a data-driven, science-based methodology. In an industry crowded with trends and gimmicks, Jack prioritizes proven principles and habits grounded in science, tailored for people who need results without wasting time.

Jack holds certifications in Master of Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning and Holistic Nutrition.

Jean’s wellness journey began over a decade ago and has been shaped by a career defined by movement, responsibility, and discipline. As an Air Force officer, Jean lived and worked across Europe, Asia, and the United States, often traveling for extended periods while maintaining consistent training and nutrition through personal accountability and a no-excuses mindset.

As a busy professional, husband, and father, Jean understands the realities of balancing wellness with demanding schedules. His background includes bodybuilding, nutrition-focused habits, and endurance training, including completing the Marine Corps Marathon in 2025. Jean is passionate about helping others achieve their goals in fitness, nutrition, wellness, and personal growth, and believes lasting progress is built through shared accountability and community.
